How to Start a Return or Exchange

- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. orders).
- Pack Your Jewelry Securely
- Use the original packaging or a secure padded envelope.
- Include your order confirmation slip inside the package.
- Ship Your Item
- Drop off at your nearest shipping carrier location (details will be provided).
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange
- Refunds process within 5-7 business days after receiving the item.
- Exchanges are shipped out within 3-5 business days after processing.
