Our Warranty Policy
All Ace of Hearts jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
What Our Warranty Covers:
✔ Defects in material or craftsmanship
✔ Loose gemstones (within the first year)
✔ Broken clasps, chains, or settings (due to craftsmanship issues)
What’s Not Covered:
✖ Normal wear and tear, scratches, or dents
✖ Damage caused by accidents or improper care
✖ Lost or stolen jewelry
✖ Resizing beyond the initial complimentary adjustment
How to Request a Repair
- Contact Us
- Email support@aceofhearts.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos of the damage for evaluation.
- Ship Your Jewelry for Repair
- We will send a prepaid shipping label for U.S. customers.
- International customers must cover return shipping costs.
- Repair Processing & Turnaround Time
- Repairs typically take 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity.
- We will notify you when your jewelry is ready to be shipped back.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs & Resizing
- If your jewelry is past the one-year warranty, we offer paid repair services.
- Ring resizing is free within the first 30 days, but a fee applies afterward.
